Hi, I'm Ivy Lin

十年的瑜伽教學經驗，教我學會愛自己。曾經厭惡自己的身體，不斷減肥。在瑜伽練習裡慢慢地能聽見身體的需求，看見由內到外的美。我想分享的，是身體的自由性與力量，藉由喚醒肌力覺知、鬆開緊繃，而讓核心內在力量能流動。以及情緒的觀察與釋放，身與心和諧。 與我聯繫：[email protected]
